After we receive your deposit, we will send you forms to fill out with information necessary to travel to our adventure. These include passport info, vaccination info, emergency contact, etc. Should the trip need to be canceled or postponed by us all monies are refundable. Individuals needing to cancel 90 days out from the event are refundable less the $500 deposit per person. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your reservation(s) is able to be filled with another adventurer. By submitting this application you agree to these terms and conditions. We strongly suggest travel insurance to cover your expenses should you need to cancel your trip.
We reserve the right to not accept reservations for any travelers at our discretion.
